Terms and Conditions for "Installations Done in 48 Hours" Offer
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the "Installations Done in 48 Hours" offer provided by Atria Renewable Private Limited (“Company”), a solar energy systems provider based in Bangalore, India.
Scope of the Offer
The "Installations Done in 48 Hours" offer is applicable to all standard residential solar panel installations (with no customization) requested through the Company's website or customer service channels.
Eligibility Criteria
1. The offer is valid only for installations within Bangalore and its surrounding areas as determined by the Company.
2. The 48-hour period begins from the time the customer's order is confirmed by the Company upon receipt of full payment from the customer.
3. The offer is applicable to standard residential installations. Custom installations or those requiring special equipment or additional equipment are not qualified.
Exclusions
The following scenarios are excluded from the 48-hour installation offer:

Installations requiring significant structural modifications to the customer's property.

Situations where there are unforeseeable technical issues, such as unsuitable roof conditions, electrical complications, or severe weather conditions.

Commercial Installations are excluded.
Exceptional Circumstances
1. In cases where the Company is unable to complete the installation within 48 hours due to factors beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or any other force majeure events, the Company will inform the customer as soon as possible and provide a revised installation schedule.
2. The Company reserves the right to extend the installation period in such exceptional circumstances without penalty or obligation to the customer.
Customer Responsibilities
1. The customer must ensure that the installation site is ready and accessible for the Company’s technicians at the agreed-upon time.
2. The customer must provide accurate and complete information regarding the installation site and any potential issues that may affect the installation process.
Limitation of Liability
1. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the delay or inability to complete the installation within the specified 48-hour period.
2. The Company’s liability is limited to the cost of the installation service provided.
Modifications to the Terms and Conditions
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company’s website.
